Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been despatched. This includes your tracking details so you know where your jewellery is at all times. 

How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched from Orlan, and is in the hands of our courier company, Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number (to use with Australia Post) to follow the progress of your delivery.

Can I have my bracelet adjusted?
Yes, most of our beaded bracelets can be made smaller or larger. Please email orlan@orlanjewellery.com with the style of your bracelet & we can assess the alteration request for you. Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
